Little People

Haudenosaunee legends include tales of Little People – tiny men and women whom the Haudenosaunee believe help humans in many ways. During feasts and celebrations of thanksgiving, the Haudenosaunee express their gratitude to the Little People for helping the sweet maple sap flow, showing growing seeds in the earth the way to the sunlight, and guiding the runners of the strawberries and painting the berries red. Some Haudenosaunee have seen Little People, though they usually only appear to children. I personally blame whenever I misplace my keys on the little people (even thought its 99.99% probably just me being spacey)
